Montesa’s aesthetic line is one of the top wanted and it has changed the trial’s bike style in the last year.
The only thing we don’t like is the fuel tank; it’s “ugly” and for a racing use it doesn’t work good.
So the Future Trial Racing Team propose the lowerd fuel tank solution.
Let’s ask to the kindest driver Andrea Vaccaretti how the fuel tank will be modiefied.

“This tuning consists in the removing the upper shell which it will be replace by a new flat shell. We also replace the standard fuel pump support with a machined from solid one and the std fuel hose with a carbon one. Besides aesthetics improvements you will have a weight savings of 650gr with the alu7076 venting fuel cap. (more…)

The new Montesa 4rt is omolagated respecting the EURO 3 pollution law.
For respecting those law the engine performances had been reduced. That’s how we made the Future Power Kit.
The modifications made by Montesa for respecting EURO 3 law are:
- Exhaust collector with Lambda sensor and catalyst
- Reduced Exhaust Collar
- 36 teeth rear sprocket (replacing 41)
Montesa propose a “power kit” for return to the m.y. 08 engine configuration.
Montesa kit is composed by:
- Ø 25 mm exhaust collector with standard steel protection
- Normal exhaust collar
- 41 teeth rear sprocket + chain
