Saturday the 24th October I’ve made a little but special show in Saint Vincent (AO)!

The beautiful and weel managed village  had organized a bicycle fest…of course the bike trial can’t miss! Alessandro Delfino, the guy who should do the show, had broke his wrist  two weeks ago so he called me  to take his place.

I get along very weel with the event creator; and the weather was very sunny (there was nearly 20°C) so it was a perfect day!

The event was also perfect with 300 riders on MTB and BikeTrial.

We toured around the village to “collect” more audience as possible, then we had the show with the little biker of Aosta.

Sunday the 26th July the 4th round of CIT took place at Grosio. This event was organized by Gionata della Rodolfa.

Between the prevoius rounds this was more “raced”…against my bikenot with the other rider!..Rispetto alle precedenti gare questa è stata di certo una delle più lottate, ma non contro gli avversari, ma con la mia bike!!! In the first lap while i was blowing the rear tyre the valve is been cut,and when I’ve fixed it I immediately start the third zone. On a jump I’ve landed too early so the brake disk has been bended into the caliper.I’ve raced the whole round with a bended disk and I’ve collected only a 5 penalities zone.

The wather was sunny and the spectators followed me zone after zone; a perfect condition for a great race! 

I’ve finished the race at only 13 penalities with a 61 points gap from the second. I’ve ranked 1st in the absolute leaderboard too.

The next race will be the next week  at Knokke-Heist (Belgium). I will be the only italian and i will try to improve my ranking wich is actually 16th.

This Suday near the Fenis Castle (AO) the third round of Circuito Italiano Trial had taken place.

It was a beautiful race with difficoult zone and a hot sun.

In this race I used my brand new Kamel 231 26″ full disk, so the feeling wasn’t at the top.

Another technical news are the new tires  Continental “Rubber Queen 2.4” used by everyone in the world race because it’s 400gr lighter. It was delivered to me the previous morning after the race so I couldn’t do the right test. I’ve  noticed a loss of grip maybe because of the wrong pressure so I couldn’t do the best I can.

Where the other riders passed the zone with 0 penalities I’ve put down my foot.

Despite of these problems I’ve ranked first with the better score of Elite class.

Special thanks to my friend and Natioanl Mate Alessandro Delfino, who have work hard wiht his society Velo Club Courmayeur.

We will se at grosio where it will be a Indoor race in the centre of the village. This race is organized by Gionata Della Rodolfa, winner of the last Master class race.

The Bike Trial is  sport which is growing faster than the other.

This is an amazing sport but it requires technical skills so it’s better ask to a professional rider some advise to start or to improve the driving style.

Pool is a funny boy but is very professional. He will advise you about driving skills, technical solution for the bike and some concepts for using your body at the top!

Last Saturday the European Championship took place in  Zoetermeer (NED).

This race was so hard with extreme and difficoult zone. Those race are different by the World Championship type; here there are only the semi-finals and the finals, so I raced with a lot of World Champion!

In this race I’ve ranked 14th, better than my opponent Pascal Benaglia. 

There was two cement zone, one made of trees  and two on rocks.

The day of the race the weather was sunny but the previpus day was so rainy and windy!

Every single race I do useless mistakes that costs me a lot of position in the final ranking.

The coach of the national team has made  positive comment regarding the  race.

The next race is programmed for the next week-end at Fenis in Valle D’Aosta (Italy)

I’, mack from the third world Bike Trial Championship. This round took place in Saint Francois Longchamp in France.

In this round my results are quite better! I’ve ranked in 13th with 65 penalities. I’ve done the best I can so I finished the firt lap at 25 penalities, in the second round 23 penalities and in the last lap only 17. There was 4 rock-zone and 2 zone made of trees.

I’ve missed the semi-finals vs. Benito Ros only for 7 penalities! I’ve had a one week training with him!

The next round will be the Holland Round the 11th of July and I will represent the Italian Cycling Federation!

I’ve just get back from the 2nd round of Italian Champioship wich took place in Valle D’Aosta .

Wow… This race was so good! This time the wather conditions was kind with me! A great sun had shine on the track!

In this race i’ve done everything possibile..and i won everything!

I was so tired at the end! I’ve got to do a lot of training with the 26″ bike.

I’ve totally enjoy this race!
